Collaborative Whiteboard

One workspace. Three ways to sign in. UPOP is an integration, not a dependency.

Platform identity

Sign in to KB Whiteboard

Continue with Google or UPOP. A verified first sign-in automatically creates or links your KB identity. KB web sign-in is only a backup route for users who already activated it.

Continue with Google

For Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. Your first verified Google sign-in automatically creates or links your KB identity; no separate KB registration is required.

Sign in with UPOP

For University of Puthisastra users. A verified UPOP launch automatically creates or links the same KB identity and remains governed by institutional identity management.

Existing KB web account (backup)

Use this only if KB web access was already activated for you. Invited users do not need to create a separate KB account when continuing with Google or UPOP.

Request Additional Access

Your account is signed in, but the workspace role you need is not active yet.

Some roles require approval.

If the role is already assigned to your KB identity, the system will recognize it immediately and will not create a duplicate request.

Role requests are only for real privilege elevation, not for joining an invited board.
